Q: Where is your company based?

A: We are an international sportswear brand that based in Hong Kong! However, we have multiple connected designers and retailers around the world.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes we do! For International shipping, depending on the country and area you live in, it could take between 10-21 business days for the package to arrive including the duration to process, pack and ship out orders.

Q: How long until I get my order?

A: For domestic shipping in Hong Kong, including time to process, pack and ship out orders, it can take between 3-5 business days.

Q: What shipping options do you offer for domestic shipping? (Hong Kong)

A: We use CXC Express or SF Express for work address & Yamato Logistics for home address. We recommend shipping your products to work address for the fastest delivery time.

Q What shipping options do you offer for international shipping? (Worldwide)

A: We are using SF Express & Hong Kong Post. Delivery time could take between 10-21 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges incurred during purchase DO NOT include customs or duty fees and shipping/custom fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

IMPORTANT: Any customs fees, duties fee, and other applicable fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees vary from region to region. ZYPHR has no control over the customs chargers or exchange rates. Should the customer refuse the package, the order will be refunded minus any taxes and duties incurred and the shipping cost of the order being returned to ZYPHR.

Q: Can I change my order(s) after I made a purchase?

A: All orders cannot be changed once they are placed due to how fast we process orders and ship them out to you. If your order has not been sent out for any reasons, please contact us at cs@zyphrapparel.com and we are more than happy to cancel your order so that you can re-order correctly again.

Q: I forgot to use my discount code, can I make an adjustment to my order?

A: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make an adjustment to your order as the system does not allow us to do so. If your order has not been sent out, please contact us at cs@zyphrapparel.com so that we can cancel your order and you can re-order again using your discount code. 

Q: What makes your clothing different?

A: We specialize in both moisture management and breathability, with two verifications from Intertek. These give our clothes a uniquely comfortable feel and enhance your performance as well.

Q: How many sizes do you offer?

A: Our size range varies with our specific apparel lines, for example our Athleisure line offers sizes from XS all the way to XL, while our Unisex Fashion even has XXL size. All of our clothing is available in small, medium, or large.

 

Q: What inspired you to launch ZYPHR in Hong Kong?

A: In Hong Kong, there have been a significant lack of local sports brands that offered high-quality apparel. At ZYPHR, we wanted to create something which fulfilled your high-performance needs yet looked stylish, rising above the norm and into the global market.
