Today we invited Professional Footballer Mahama Awal who currently plays for the Hong Kong Premier League side Southern District Football Club!

In this training episode, Jason will go over the session with Awal whose got rapid speed! We took this opportunity to learn how he developed his speed and explosiveness as a forward.
